SGA Senate Elections -- Fall

From Title VI: The Election Statutes:

Candidates must file a petition. (The number of signatures required varies depending on which seat is being sought; see the statutes for details.) Petitions may be obtained from the Senate Secretary no earlier than 9:00 a.m. on the first (1st) school day of the third (3rd) week of the Fall semester, and will be turned in at the time of the candidate’s declaration of candidacy.

Declaration of Candidacy will take place during the fourth (4th) week of the Fall semester. Declaration of Candidacy will run from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Fall Elections shall be held the sixth (6th) week of the semester.

SGA Presidential Elections -- Spring

From Title VI: The Election Statutes:

The ticket must file a Petition form with the signatures of five hundred (500) students currently enrolled at the University of Central Florida. Petitions may be obtained from the Student Government Senate Secretary no earlier than 9:00 a.m. on the first (1st) Monday of the third (3rd) week of the Spring semester. The Petition will be turned in at the time of the candidate’s declaration of candidacy.

Declaration of Candidacy for Spring elections shall be during the fourth (4th) week of the Spring semester, and shall take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Spring Elections shall be held the seventh (7th) week of the semester.
