You can add boxes with content to each of the subpages. As long as you don't add any content to the main page of the tab, it will automatically create a list on the main page of the included subpages.
Note that the titles of these subpages begin with numbers because otherwise the sentence fragments would be listed in alphabetic order.
Also note that the profile box on the right side of the main page can be displayed or hidden. It's presence doesn't impact whether or not the automatic list of included subpages is displayed.
