Alabama newspaper -- Birmingham Iron Age (1874-1887)

Birmingham Iron Age (1874-1887) -- "The Birmingham Iron Age began publication on February 12, 1874 when the city of Birmingham, Alabama was only 26 months old. The original publishers were Duval, Roberts and Persinger but during the early years ownership changed many times. On May 1, 1884 the name of the weekly newspaper was changed to The Weekly Iron Age."

Kentucky newspapers -- Northern Kentucky Newspaper Index (1835-1933)

Northern Kentucky Newspaper Index -- "The Kenton County Public Library Newspaper Index covers the years 1835-1933 and 1982-Present. Our staff is working diligently to fill-in the remaining years. In addition to the Kentucky Enquirer and the Kentucky Post, many other smaller Northern Kentucky newspapers are also indexed including, but not limited to: Daily Commonwealth, Covington Journal, Sunday Challenger, Newport Local, Kentucky State Journal, Ticket. Currently, it is only older papers that are full text, but we are working on adding more all the time."

Kentucky Digital Newspapers provides digitized versions of Kentucky newspapers. The content is in the process of expanding from 36 newspapers from 1900-1910 to 45 newspapers from 1860-1922.

Louisiana Newspaper Access Program (1802-1957)

Louisiana Newspaper Access Program (LaNeAP) provides digitized versions of the earliest newspaper issues from each of Louisiana's 64 parishes, from an 1802 issue of the Moniteur de la Lousiane to a 1957 issue of the Cameron Parish Pilot.

New South -- "Union postmaster Joseph H. Sears published the New South newspaper out of the post office building on Union Square in Port Royal, S.C., on a weekly basis beginning in March 1862. The paper was moved to the town of Beaufort sometime in 1865 and remained there until it ceased in 1867."
