Resource Sharing and Document Delivery (formerly known as Interlibrary Loan) enables current UCF students, faculty, and staff to obtain materials — such as books, journal articles, and multimedia — from other libraries that are not available at the UCF Libraries. Articles and book chapters usually take 1-4 days to arrive, and typically are delivered via a UCF e-mail account; books take on average 7-10 days to arrive.
