The Faculty Mentors support participants in the UN SDG Open Pedagogy Faculty Fellowship by guiding them through the collaborative process. Mentors help faculty stay on track with key deadlines, ensure deliverables are met, and facilitate discussions to enhance project outcomes.
Lily is the Textbook Affordability Librarian at the University of Central Florida. She collaborates across campus to promote and transition traditional course content to open educational resources and other affordable textbook alternatives. Lily is also the Subject Librarian for the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders. She currently serves as one of the Faculty Mentors and enjoys fostering collaborative and creative efforts leading to student success.
Rebecca is an Instructional Designer at the University of Central Florida's Center for Distributed Learning. In this role, she contributes to the design and development of personalized adaptive learning courses as well as to initiatives focusing on faculty development, artificial intelligence, and open educational practices. She currently serves as one of the Faculty Mentors and enjoys encouraging cross-institutional partnerships to promote open pedagogy.
