Library services at the Sanford/Lake Mary campus will continue to be limited during the spring semester with safety precautions in place to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Masks are required. Other precautions include:
- Library access is by advance online registration to ensure low capacity. You can register for library access at the Seminole State College library homepage. Click the "By reservation only" link, then scroll down to select a computer workstation or study space for the Sanford/Lake Mary library.
- Books must be requested in advance for pick-up; browsing the shelves will not be permitted
- Reserve books will not be available, as they are "high touch" materials
- Interlibrary loan requests from the Orlando campus may be picked up, but allow more time from placing a request until its available for pickup, due to a reduction in delivery services
- Study spaces are available rather than closed study rooms for individuals; some small group spaces are available
Library hours during the Spring, 2021 semester are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
