Graduate students began submitting Electronic Theses and Dissertations during the Spring semester of 2004. Electronic submission was optional until the Fall semester of 2004. To date, over 6,000 ETDs have been uploaded.

Graduate Studies provides students with specific information regarding UCF's thesis and dissertation policies, processes, services, deadlines and guidelines. ETD workshops, handouts, and FAQs are readily available to guide graduate students through the entire process. Once the final format is approved, the office sends instructions to the student for submitting their final PDF using the Thesis and Dissertations Services site.
