Analytical Abstracts (RSC) (1980+) (database retired & no longer available)
"Our Literature Updating Services were retired at the end of 2022. The Royal Society of Chemistry has always been proud of creating high-quality Literature Updating Services that help researchers in the chemical sciences community with their work. However, it has become clear that with the ever-changing needs of the community and advances in chemistry data tools; Analytical Abstracts (AA), Natural Product Updates (NPU) and Synthetic Reaction Updates (SRU) (and its predecessors: Catalysts and Catalysed Reactions (CCR), and Methods in Organic Synthesis (MOS)) were no longer at the forefront of chemistry data searching. As such, we have taken the difficult decision to retire these databases and also the two health and safety databases Chemical Hazards in Industry (CHI) and Laboratory Hazards in Industry (LHB)."

"Mutual solubilities and liquid-liquid equilibria of binary, ternary and quaternary systems are presented. Typical solvents and solutes include water, sea water, heavy water, inorganic compounds, and a variety of organic compounds such as hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids, esters and nitrogen compounds. For many systems, sufficient data were available to allow critical evaluation. Data are expressed as mass and mole fractions as well as the originally reported units."
