Help Downloading EndNote
Our EndNote software is a zipped file, you will need to extract the files before you can download to your computer. If the software prompts you for a "product key/serial number" the file has not been extracted. When you click on the download link (below) you will be prompted to login with your NID and NID Password (even on campus).
After logging in the screen will refresh and the file should start downloading. You can click on the file or save the file, depending on your browser (Chrome and Firefox shown below)
The following 2 screens show what to look for before you can successfully download the full version of EndNote. (Note: The two screens look very similar).

Our EndNote site license requires that you uninstall EndNote from all devices upon leaving UCF or when the library no longer has a subscription to EndNote.
