Permanently retain the pocket part or supplementary pamphlet for certain volumes of West's Federal Practice Digest 4th. The coverage of cases in West's Federal Practice Digest 5th begins with 2003. The cases prior to 2003 covered in the pocket parts or supplementary pamphlets for any bound volumes of West's Federal Practice Digest 4th published prior to 2003 will not appear in the equivalent bound volumes, pocket parts, or supplementary pamphlets of West's Federal Practice Digest 5th. For example, the 2014 pocket part for volume 29B of West's Federal Practice Digest 4th covers cases for 2001-2014, but only those cases for 2003 forward are covered in the West's Federal Practice Digest 5th volume; no 2015 pocket part was published for volume 29B of the 4th series because the equivalent bound volume for the 5th series was published in the interim and will receive all future updates.
