Steps
Step 1: Please go to library.ucf.edu, click on "Online Journals"
Step 2: Type "Harvard Business Review" into the search box and find the database "Business Search Premier" from the result list.
Step 3: You can either "Search within this publication" or "Browse the articles by publication dates"
Step 4: If you choose to "Search within this publication", then click on "Advanced Search"
Step 5: Type in the article title in the search box, please note to select "TI Title" from the dropdown menu.
Step 6: You can read the fulltext of the article by clicking on "PDF Full Text"
