Especially important to APSAC is the dissemination of state-of-the-art practice in all professional disciplines related to child abuse and neglect. On October 1, 2016, APSAC partnered with The New York Foundling, whose mission offers an expansive array of services for under-served children, families, and adults with developmental disabilities. The Foundling provides the resources necessary to rebuild lives and rebuild families."

"The International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies is dedicated to sharing information about the effects of trauma and the discovery and dissemination of knowledge about policy, program and service initiatives that seek to reduce traumatic stressors and their immediate and long-term consequences."

The Jed Foundation is a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for teens and young adults in the United States. JED partners with high schools and colleges to strengthen their mental health, substance misuse and suicide prevention programs and systems.
