Resources for International Students

Academic Advising can assist you with choosing classes, registration, and plans for your academic future. You can visit your advisor every semester to review your academic progress. 

At Career Services you can get help exploring careers, assistance creating a resume and cover letter, help with finding a job, and even preparing for an interview.

SARC offers free programs and services to UCF students such as peer tutoring, Supplemental Instruction (SI), workshops and seminars, learning skills consultations, and first-year transition programs.

The Curriculum Materials Center, located in room 194 on the first floor of the Education Complex Building, is a division of the University of Central Florida Libraries, provides representative P-12 materials for preview, review, analysis and circulation. The collection is a great resource for ESL students, since studies have shown that "Literature for children and adolescents offers a light linguistic and content load. With interesting characters, themes, insights, and styles, these texts may capture adult interest and act as a bridge to more complex texts."

UCF Global provides a one stop place for information related to the UCF English Language Institute and our English language programs, travel abroad, specifics on Visas, and information about international global research.
