Document Delivery is a service provided to UCF faculty, staff, graduate students, distance learners, branch and regional campus students, and students with disabilities. For these people, the UCF Library will pull items owned by the UCF Library. Books and media will be placed on the ILL shelf at the Circulation Desk or sent to off-campus patrons, and articles will be scanned from journals and made available on ILLiad.
