Document Delivery & Resource Sharing (formerly Interlibrary Loan)

Get books and articles from other libraries.

Welcome to Document Delivery & Resource Sharing (formerly Interlibrary Loan)

What is Document Delivery & Resource Sharing (formerly ILL)?

Document Delivery & Resource Sharing (formerly ILL) is a service where the UCF Library borrows books, articles, and other materials from other libraries. When there is an item you would like to borrow or access that isn't owned by the UCF Library, you can borrow it through Document Delivery & Resource Sharing (formerly ILL). All UCF faculty, staff, and students are eligible for this service.

You will now find a blank ILL request form button at the top of the search box in the library catalog. You will also find an ILL button embedded in the Everything Search.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all items you request through your ILL account. If you damage or lose materials obtained thorugh ILL, you will be invoiced for them.
  • It is very important that you return books and other materials by their due dates Returning ILL items on time helps the UCF Library maintain a good relationship with the institutions that lend us their material.

Important Information

Have you checked the catalog yet?

If you haven't yet done so, please check the UCF catalog for the item you need. The library may own it!

Please keep in mind that the UCF Library will only pull books and scan articles located at the Main Campus Library for faculty, staff, graduate students, and distance/branch campus students.
