Get books and articles from other libraries.

What does this status mean?

You can track your Interlibrary Loan or Document Delivery by clicking on "All Requests" under View on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you look through the list and find the request you want to track, you can find more information about your request by looking at the "Status" field.

 

Here is a quick guide to what your item's status means:

Awaiting Conditional Processing: Another library wants the UCF Library to agree to a condition before they send your item.

Awaiting Copyright Clearance: Your request must be checked for copyright compliance before it can be sent to another library.

Awaiting Customer Contact: The UCF Library has received your item. It will be delivered to your pickup location soon.

Awaiting DD Stacks Searching: Your item is held at the UCF Library and it will be pulled from the shelves shortly.

Awaiting Direct Request Sending: Your request is being automatically routed to a library that owns the item you want.

Awaiting Doc Del Customer Contact: Your item has been pulled. It will be sent to your pickup location soon.

Awaiting Document Delivery Processing: Your item may be held at the UCF Library. Staff are reviewing your request.

Awaiting Electronic Delivery from P: An electronic copy of your requested article has been located.

Awaiting Extensive Searching: Your request may be difficult to locate, and is still being reviewed by staff.

Awaiting Odyssey Processing: The article you requested has been received and will soon be posted to your ILLiad/UBorrow account.

Awaiting Post Receipt Processing: The item you requested has been received by the UCF Library.

Awaiting Request Processing: Your request is being reviewed by staff before it is sent to another library.

Awaiting Unfilled Processing: A library that is able to lend your item has not been found yet.

Cancelled by ILL Staff: Your request has been cancelled. You will receive an e-mail explaining why.

Checked Out to Customer: The item has been checked out to your ILLiad/UBorrow account.

Customer Notified via E-mail/Phone: Your item is ready for pickup at the Main Campus Library Circulation Desk.

Delivered to Web: Your article or book chapter is available and ready to be downloaded.

In DD Stacks Searching: The UCF Library owns the item you are requesting, and it is currently being processed.

Request Sent: Your request has been sent to a library that owns the item you want.
