Music at UCF

The Department of Music is a part of the UCF College of Arts and Humanities within the School of Performing Arts. It offers a Bachelor of Music degree with options in performance and composition; a Bachelor of Arts degree in music; a Bachelor of Music Education degree with specializations in instrumental, choral, and elementary school music; and an M.A. degree in music. The Department is fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), and its music education programs are approved by the State of Florida Department of Education.

WUCF, a listener-supported service of UCF, broadcasts a 24-hour schedule of jazz music and other non-commercial programming from its studios in the Nicholson School of Communication.
