Citation Management

The library has several guides to help you cite sources and manage your citations. Also see the Writing Center website for further citation assistance.

Citation Management Tools
Citation management tools allow you to collect, organize, and format citations for projects and insert citations and bibliographies within papers. Some commonly used citation tools include EndNote, Mendeley, and Zotero. UCF Libraries provide support for faculty, students, and staff interested in using these free tools.
MLA Style Guide
MLA (Modern Language Association) Style is commonly used in the humanities, particularly in language and literature research. The 9th edition of the MLA Handbook is the authoritative source for MLA style and citation, and the MLA Style Center is the official style site.
Workshops
Each semester the UCF Libraries offer a series of workshops for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers that are presented in collaboration with the College of Graduate Studies.
