Institutional Repositories are archiving and providing access to the scholarly output of institutions worldwide. In addition to UCF's Institutional Repository, STARS (Showcase of Text, Archives, Research & Scholarship), below are some examples of repositories at other institutions.
Very simply, digital scholarship is any scholarly publication in electronic format, including e-journals, e-books, subject repositories, institutional repositories, and personal or insitutional web sites. Digital scholarship is often open access, and more and more of it is peer-reviewed.
