If you are a Mac user, NetLibrary does not work well in the Safari browser due to pop-up issues, so try accessing Netlibrary though an alternate browser, such as Mozilla FireFox.
In addition to the Mozilla Firefox browser, you may need to download the Shubert-it plug in for Mac computers;
http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/
Note: If prompted for a license code, click on Educational use only, then OK.
If the Mac computer is using an Intel chip processor*, then you will need to set your FireFox browser to run in Rosetta Emulation Mode as well:
1. Quit out of the browser.
2. Go to your Applications folder and control-click on the FireFox browser application bundle.
3. In the context menu that appears select Get Info.
4. Under the General heading of the Info dialog select "Open using Rosetta".
5. Close the Info dialog box.
*To determine your Mac processor type, click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner, then highlight and click "About This Mac."
