List Management FAQs

How do I enter the number of students in my class?

This is very important for the analytics to work fully. Once you've created a list, click on the List Menu (three dots) at the top of the page and choose “Manage link to course.” Now click on the three dots to the right of your course and choose Edit. In the Number of participants box, enter the number of spots available in your class (not the number of people actually in the class). Click Save.

How can I let someone else have access to my list?

If you want to add someone as a collaborator to your list, click on List info at the top of the page. In the pop-up box, click on Manage collaborators.

Can a reading list be associated with more than one course?

Yes. Click on the List menu (three dots) at the top of the page. Choose Manage link to course. Click Add another course.

Is there a way to see the student view of Leganto?

Yes. Click on the List menu (three dots) at the top of the page. Choose View list as a student.

Can I prevent my students from accessing Leganto directly?

Yes. You can hide the Leganto link from the left navigation bar. Click on Settings at the very bottom of the navigation bar. Choose the Navigation tab on the Course Details page. Find Leganto in the top list. Click and drag the Leganto box to the bottom section.
