Yes. Click on the Item menu (three dots) to the right of that citation and choose Edit item. That will bring up a box where you can make any necessary changes.
There are two ways to do this.
First, you can click and drag each citation to another location. First make sure you're viewing the list in Compact view. Then, hover over the citation you want to move. A series of six dots will appear to the left of the citation icon. You can drag the citation from there.
Second, click the Item menu (three dots) to the right of the citation you want to move. This will open a box that asks you for the new list and section location.

Yes, you can hide any citation from students if you want. Click on the citation’s title and click the Hide from students box. When you want it to display, you need to unhide it to make it visible. If you'd rather not hide and unhide every item, you can make each item a separate section on your list. You can set start and end dates for each section during which they'll be available to students.
Click on the Item menu (three dots) to the right of your citation and choose Delete item.
You can use the Filter or Search buttons to find a specific item or group of items. You can use the Filter to sort by Due date, Tags, Type, or Status. The Search bar will allow you to find a specific item.
