Getting Help FAQs

What if my students can’t see the list?

Make sure that your list has been published. Also make sure that your list has been associated with your course.

What happens if one of the links on my list isn’t working?

Either the faculty member or any student can report a broken link. Click on the Full details for that link and go under the Links & availability tab. Hovering your cursor over the View online box will display a Mark as broken link. The library will then be notified about the problem.

Is there a way to communicate with the library regarding a question I have regarding my reading list?

There are two ways to communicate with the library. First, if you have a question or comment on the entire list as a whole, you can click the Discuss with library icon on the right. Second, if you have a question or comment about one particular item, you can click on Full details to the right of the item in question. Choose the Library discussion tab to enter your message.

What if I’m having some other sort of problem?

You are always welcome to contact the Learning Resources Librarian at Joseph.Bizon@ucf.edu.
